Forte and Tablada provided comprehensive services for repairs and improvements to 0.780 miles of roadway located on Pendarvis Lane from its junction with Three Lakes Drive to its junction with Route LA 447. The improvements were necessary due to a failing roadway and the road was too narrow. Services included surveying, environmental, engineering design, and construction engineering and inspection to provide an overlay and closed drainage in order to support higher traffic volumes and lateral support of the pavement.
Due to utility conflicts along the project corridor, as well as drainage constraints, Forte and Tablada was also contracted to provide right of way maps for takings that were necessary to rectify these issues.
