This OLHC project to replace a 5-span bridge was completed in 8 1/2 months from conception to completion. The work included the topographic survey, hydraulic analysis, soil borings & pile design, road & bridge design, bidding/negotiation, construction contract execution, and road & bridge construction. The topo survey began on 09/15/2025, road was closed 12/31/2025, groundbreaking with the Governor & OLHC was held 02/23/2026, and the final inspection was held 05/04/2026.
