Valhi Blvd Shared-Use Path

Forte and Tablada, Inc. was responsible for improvements to pedestrian facilities of 0.789 miles of sidewalk located on Valhi Blvd. The work associated with this project includes clearing and grubbing, grading, curb ramps, shared-use path (Portland Cement Concrete), and related work.

Forte and Tablada performed CE&I services including, but not limited to, letting results review/comparison, state project filings, preconstruction meeting, AASHTOWare Project Site Manager & Headlight work, daily site inspections and work reports, field books, monthly partial estimates, certified payroll review, RFI review and response, change order justification and incorporation into construction design, shop drawing submittal review, quality control, daily contractor & DOTD coordination/management, coordination with design engineer, daily traffic log diary verification, coordination of required samples and testing, as well as production of final materials audit report (2059), and project closeout with DOTD’ final audit.
