The Advanced Measurements and Modeling Department of Forte and Tablada laser scanned and modeled the kitchen of Drago’s Seafood Restaurant located in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The model included architectural elements, lighting, kitchen equipment, and MEP above the ceiling.
