The I-10 Loyola Interchange Project near the New Orleans Airport has been recognized as one of ENR’s Best Projects in Texas and Louisiana! This award celebrates the innovative teamwork and dedication that brought this complex design-build project to life.
F&T played a pivotal role as the prime surveyor on a project issued to proposers without a survey. After award, our team faced a critical path challenge: No Survey, No Design. No Design, No Build. Partnering with SJB Group, LLC and NTB Associates, we delivered a massive survey effort in just 1/3 of the usual time, using innovative “incremental deliverables” to keep the project moving forward.
